At Nmédia, your independence is essential, and it’s developed through your training. We let you train as you wish for a maximum of 50 paid hours per year. And if you want to take external training, we’ll pay 100% of the cost.

Supervised, paid CrossFit classes: sport at your fingertips! To take care of yourself, you can take part in CrossFit classes once a week.

Physical and mental health are essential. Our Dialogue program makes all the difference by offering quick access to a doctor or psychotherapist via telemedicine and a host of wellness tips and tricks!

We give you $130 yearly to buy whatever you like in our store. Nmédia hats, caps, sweaters, mugs, socks, bandanas, water bottles and much more!

We award a $1,000 bonus when an Nmédian refers a candidate. You’re eligible for a $1,500 draw for referring a customer account. Moreover, after five years of service, you’ll have access to additional benefits, like extra vacation time!

We know that to work well, you need to be well‑equipped! As soon as you arrive, we’ll provide you with 2 screens, headphones, a laptop, an ergonomic chair, and much more for your comfort. You’ll even get an ergonomic meeting to position yourself properly.
