What you do

• Develop and maintain a quality customer relationship based on mutual trust
• Effectively coordinate and communicate project activities, resource requirements and timelines
• Manage project budget and invoicing
• Anticipate problems during the project and propose solutions
• Ensure that each project is carried out by industry best practices
• Act as a facilitator
• Propose solutions that consider both customer needs and satisfaction and Nmédia’s reality
• Evaluate, manage and document all project requests and changes
• Many other related tasks

Your skills

• Fluent in spoken and written French
