Dynamics 365 CRM business solution analysis and integration
Nmédia mobilized several teams (UX, business analysis, architecture and business solution development) to help EspaceProprio analyze and define the business processes required for a successful ecosystem development. By participating in discussions and making recommendations, we were able to anticipate needs that had not yet been defined and provide appropriate solutions.
This business process analysis was crucial in establishing the best decisions to create the best onboarding for customers and brokers. Thus, in carrying out the broker accreditation process, it is possible to provide the best match between brokers and individuals during the real estate search. The progression between customer and broker continues through the mobile application to finalize the real estate transaction.
The other step was facilitating the management of prospects, customers, brokers, real estate agencies and sales and purchase projects through Microsoft Dynamics 365 customer relationship management (CRM) software. Based on the Sales module, this tool has made it easier for EspaceProprio employees to manage customers and brokers. A true backbone of the ecosystem, this CRM benefited from customization and enhancements to adapt perfectly to the needs of EspaceProprio’s teams.
Multiple Power Platform integrations
In addition to a CRM solution, Nmédia’s specialists also implemented Power Platform integrations to automate synchronization between EspaceProprio’s various systems and make it even more efficient:
- The various forms, whether on the customer or broker side, were created using Power Pages, and integrated on different sites. A broker portal was also created to define the profile and territory served.
- Analyzing and creating a Model-Driven App, a Canvas App, and business processes were developed for customers’ project qualification, broker accreditation, and project follow‑up.
- Our team used Power Automate to link the various systems that form EspaceProprio. For example, this tool from the Power Platform suite facilitated the synchronization of profiles and projects and enabled push notifications to be sent to the various mobile applications in the ecosystem. Emails could also be sent during the qualification and accreditation process.
Through this project, our agency and Nmédians had to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams from other suppliers. This collaboration and the integrations into numerous systems were essential to ensure that data flowed freely and without desynchronization between the CRM and other EspaceProprio systems. In the months following the launch of the ecosystem, our support remained ongoing with continuous improvement to further perfect the smooth running of EspaceProprio’s project.
While EspaceProprio confirms its success with new real estate transactions completed every day, the work of Desjardins Group and various suppliers such as Nmédia were also rewarded with a gold OCTAS at the 37th edition of the innovation competition organized by Réseau Action TI.
