  • A significant feature that no longer works
  • A major update that can’t be performed

Our emergency support service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

If your request does not significantly impact your business operations, please send it to support@nmedia.ca. It will be handled promptly on the next business day, allowing you to avoid the surcharges for emergency service.

* If your emergency support request does not meet one of these criteria, or if the problem does not originate from our systems, basic fees equivalent to 3 hours of work at the emergency support hourly rate may apply in addition to the hours worked.
