You are experiencing one or more problems outside our office hours, such as:
- A website that’s down
- A significant feature that no longer works
- A major update that can’t be performed
Our emergency support service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
* If your emergency support request does not meet one of these criteria, or if the problem does not originate from our systems, basic fees equivalent to 3 hours of work at the emergency support hourly rate may apply in addition to the hours worked.
